Yesterday, I made the decision to summon a demon. This was not the first time I had performed a summoning, and I doubt it will be my last. But this is my first time documenting one.
I performed the summoning late last night. There were no candles, no pentagram on the floor, no bloodied goat carcass or ceremonial daggers. Just me, alone, sat on my bed in the dark with a PNG file displaying the 72 sigils of the Lesser Key of Solomon open in a Google Chrome tab on my laptop.
Rather than choose a demon to summon, I relaxed my eyes and tried to take them in all the sigil, letting my subconscious choose on my behalf.
I felt my body start to relax and my mind soon went with it. I closed my eyes and let visual patterns and random combinations of words form in my brain. Then a car zoomed past the house, blaring that one song that goes “peanut butter jelly, no deli” and took me completely out of the zone.
I opened up YouTube in another tab and put on Thunderstorm Sounds for Sleep & Relaxation. Okay, time for attempt #2.
I once again looked at the sigils, relaxed my eyes, and let myself relax. I closed my eyes, letting them form patterns and letting my subconscious mind create combinations of words without me trying to guide it.
